Working Mechanic |
Hi guys,
I'm working on images and i'm putting thumbnails and I know how to popup fullsize images but if I want to put view details for my images do I have to create new page with photo and details? My website will be retail store. Pleade reply. Marcel |

Using separate pages as you suggest is one way to do it. If all you need is a caption on the image, you could use an image editor (IrfanView works good and is free) to place the caption text directly on the image so it can be seen when the image pops up.
If you need more than a simple caption, then a separate page might work better. You could use an i-frame to display the image page from a thumbnail link; this way the same i-frame can be used for all your images. Bruce has tutorial here about doing this. |
