Confused

Can anyone tell me about the store template in SS2.7 ... ??

What all is involved in tying the products to the shopping cart page? Or do I need to use a Shopping Cart from a provider like PayPal or an ecommerce group?

Am I to assume that the template is just that and that the "inards" of the cart have to come from i.e. "PayPal" for a functional cart set up?

In case you are wondering how I am getting along now with SiteSpinner, I am getting closer to the point of asking these kinds of questions.

I am enjoying the learning -- as this program is easy to learn and the pages go quickly with copy and paste capability and the snap to grid ability.

Thanks VM!

Yes, and some hosts will provide shopping carts too.

Thanks Brucee!

Kinda figured that. And the shopping cart HTML (or whatever language) would be added to SS by way of a code insert? If I am reading the posts correctly. Richard

PS: Does JumpLine have a shopping cart? I looked but did not see it.

Brucee,

Been there done that. (read that forum last night) I need to get a shopping cart program that is good but not pricey. I am working on low to "zer0" overhead here! (meaning I am broke and staying that way! LOL

This shopping cart seems to have all the features you could want. (it is also the one provided by my web hosting service)
It has the number one feature on your list, i.e. it is FREE. Smile
The website Here also has links to live sites already using the cart. See what you think.

Thank you Bailey! Have you been satisfied with the web host you are referring to?

I am with Hostingbuzz.com.au and I have never had any problems. Having said that, It is the only web host that I have ever used, apart from free ones, so am unable to compare it to any others.
