Hi,

I am currently using the trial version of virtual mechanics site spinner. I have linked a picture to a pop up window but don't like the look of the pop up window. Is there any way of changing the look of the pop up window? I really like the look of this website http://www.felt.co.nz/browse/l...17/Sage-Floral-Album when you click on the image. Pop up windows with images is a major component of my website, I would also like to click onto the next image while being in the pop up mode

Hi Gabrielle, and welcome to the forum.

The Pop-up Window feature of Site Spinner is exactly that. It pops up a window containing a full version of the thumbnail. The only way to override that is to create your own link on the thumbnail to access some code (normally javascript) to control the new windows properties.

The example you have given is not technically a pop-up. The link on the thumbnail does not open a new window, but uses code to replace the larger image’s source.

If you would also like to click onto the next image while being in the pop-up mode to display multiple images, you would need to use some sort of slide show.

This subject has been covered in numerous threads on this forum, and a search for “Slide Show” will bring up many results.

A lot of forum members like to use Lightbox or Lytebox. Probably your first step is to check out an example of how it works at this site which also supplies the required code and how to utilize it.
