Hello all,
As a new Sitespinner user, I thought I'd just say hi to everyone. My first Sitespinner site is up and running http://www.resultmaster.co.uk and I'd appreciate any comments or suggestions. One question, whilst I understand that meta tags/keywords are less important than they used to be - what is the general opinion here? Should they be included in every page of your site, or just the index or home page? And if on every page, should they be tailored for each page or just for the whole site? Thanks, Graham |

Hi gvp,
Very nice looking site. Please be sure to submit it to the Gallery if you have not already done so: http://www.virtualmechanics.com/products/gallery.html I believe there are a number of others on this forum with an interest in things horse related. The site D_L mentioned is the best resource available. Generally I would say it just depends on how much time you have. Certainly put the information on your Home page. If you have the time there is no harm in putting the information on the other pages also. By far the most important element is you Title. - Derry |

Hi GVP,
I must say your site is really sharp, quick - but I am on Broadband! and it is certainly very, very smart. As regards this meta-tag lark, I would have thought your index page is a cert, as this will be the page you will want to push out to the engines and it's the page you will want your vistors to hit first. from there they will be led to the rest. I for one have given up attempting to impress the crawlers - and am going for - in addition to normal listings as and when the do "eventually" appear - paid entries which at an average of between £25 and $40 per year is not bad - at least you get in quickly!
