Is there any way to tell sitespinner to automatically resize the page to fit the viewer's screen resolution?

The simple solution is to center page horizontally Page Editor > Special Effects. The more complicated is to use dynamic page sizing. See Tutorial here. It's not advised to use those two solutions at the same time though.
