I've created a slide presentation on line to go to from my home page. How do I go from the last page of that slide presentation to another web page?

It depends on how you created your slideshow. Did you e.g. use a third party program to create it or is it entirely created in SS?

I used a third party program. (Microsoft power point.)

In that case you'll need to add the link to the last slide in your PP presentation
