Hello,

Don't you think a special feature like "objects library" would be interesting?
I mean, a menu where you can drag and drop vector graphics objects into your document, define your own libraries (like in JGraphPad from sourceforge.net) ...
Furthermore, is it possible to import existing SVG into our document ?

Hello Nicolas,

At the present time you can re-use objects that you create. In Spinner and Engine each object can be accessed and edited from either the Object Editor or the Quick Editor. Or you can simply access the object from the Object drop-down box at the top of the screen (keep in mind that you can re-name any Object you have created to make them easier to manipulate). Furthermore, you can create attributes of individual Objects. For example: I can create a Geometry Object and a Shading Object (among others). I can then assign the Shading object to the geometry, as well as assign it to countless other geometry objects. If I then change the colour of the shading object, it will change the colour of all the geometries I have assigned it to. You could then save these to a file that you could Append to any project. Does this sound like what you are looking for?

For a future release we could add an 'Objects Library' that you could add object attributes to and import.

As for Importing, you can add existing SVG code to your page using the Code Editor. You can't view it in the Work-Window in a wysiwyg environment, but it will show when you Preview.
