In a future version, I hope you will reconsider your design decisions on how image borders are rendered. I do not think the program should be reducing/cropping the original image just to put a border around it. If I want my image cropped or reduced in size, I would do it myself. The only way to have my image display correctly with a border is to revert to using CSS.

You can also make the border in an image editing program or batch edit the borders for a lot of pictures and just turn off the border option.

But yes, I agree with Larry, it would be nice to not have the image encroached upon by the border.
