When I'm trying to use the Help feature the Help window opens directly in front of the project rather than in a web browser (online OR off)...this prevents me from easily working with the project while I practice/test the changes I have made. Rather than alt-tabbing between windows, or resizing them I have to go back to the project each time then go find the help file again and back and forth ad nauseum.

This is not peculiar to SS...I had the same issues with Dreamweaver...is it something that I'm just not doing right?

Perhaps tabbed browsing of pages that I'm working on would be what I'm looking for. I think that is how I got around it in dreamweaver.

I'm sure you guys have this all figured out...please just let me know!

Thanks a million for such a great product. I love the new features! I just wish I could learn how to use them.

Thanks,
Scott

That action is peculiar to the way the help system was built. Some newer programs open the help in a separate program window which lets you have both the program and help up and side-by-side.

There is an on-line help ( http://www.virtualmechanics.com/sswebhelp/SiteSpinner_Online_Help.htm ) which I believe is derived from the program's help. I keep it bookmarked in my browser.

Thanks Larry. I'll take a look at the web files.

Have a great day!
