I think will be great that Web Engine an SiteSpinner could graphically show the structure of our sites: When you need to create o destroy one page only go to the structure an "add" or "delete that page.. you can relocate the pages in drag and drop mode, change the page names...etc.... NetObjects has this facility ... www.netobjects.com

Yes, that's a good idea. I'll make sure it is on the list.

It's probably a long list Smile

You can now do page relocation through the Page Editor > Page Select tab > Arrange button. Also the Page Editor can rename pages.

Were those the things you had in mind? Not as nice as a drag-and-drop tree diagram though Frown

the diagram tree will be usuful for:
- go to that page on click
- arrange pages
- rename pages
- show indentation of pages (structure)

think ist important and nice...but...
Im not who decides..
maybe is not in the list Roll Eyes

Rest assured it is on 'the list'. However, as Bruceee pointed out, it is a long list. With each release we have to prioritize things that are necessary (such as when operating systems change, and browsers change), and the features and functions we and you would like to add. Bruceee mentioned the additional site structure features in the current release. Successive releases will include more.

Hi,
Following on from this topic, I'm quite new to this and posed the question "How do I create a site map and how do I check its validity?", which I think is along the same lines as Czarzac's question.
Well I was thinking of a user friendly, easy method/mechanism for creating, then updating as need be, a site map on a site map page.

Klimt provided me simple response with a link to a comprehensive explanation and example from Brucee, who has helped me before now with something else. However, this is a little to much for me, I'm seeking a wysiwyg tool that provides drag and drop or quick 'run this code' to provide the site map.

Larryd also responded, providing a link to tools but I am always a little wary of sites without security or approval ratings/links, though it may be the best thing since sliced bread.

So, yes, 'stuff' is out there but please can we have something 'in here' that does the trick.

A recent buyer and convert.

Hi Stronsy,

As mentioned, successive releases will include more, not just with respect to site maps, but in all areas of the programs. Unfortunately our demigod developers can only do so much at a time, but then thats what makes new releases so exciting Smile
