Is it possible to select a JPG or BMP etc as a backround and have it "stretched to fit" the entire page?

HTML does not support dynamic backgrounds. However, what you can do is this: Insert an image into your page. Align the image to the top and to the left. Now stretch the image all the way to the right Guide Border and the bottom guide border. Now click on Relative Horizontal Sizing and Relative Vertical Sizing.
