The text editor has a built-in auto spell checker that I use nearly all the time.

However, the dark pink color used to highlight mis-spellings gives poor contrast with black text. The present color is RGB 224:102:101. I've tried a much lighter pink, 255:210:210. That gives much better contrast. Text is easier to read and that shade still adequately highlights errors.

If you agree, can we have light pink please?

I suspect whatever color is used, someone will not be able to see it. I can hardly see the pale pink against white. Anyway, I'll pass it on. Maybe we will get customizable spell check colors (when they run out of more pressing fixes).
