There are times when I have a project that's over 50 pages .Let's say I want to have a main menu bar that would be only updated on the home page causing for other pages that I want this menu bar to appear in to also change. I know I can use the "Include On" feature to do this, but what is happening is that I will make a change to the home page and obviously all the pages that are included with the home page will change, but if I go to one of the pages that does not have the menu bar and I place an object such as text there and want to include it on other pages other than the ones that have the menu bar I have to uncheck all of the boxes that were previously checked and check the new ones.
When I go in to add a new object on whatever page it is and if I want to include on all the pages that have the menu bar then I have to remember or keep a written list of all the pages that have the menu bar since the choices that are now selected are the ones for the non menu pages. Does this make any sense? Has this been covered anywhere, I did a search, but did not find a topic so what do you think I can do or is it something I just need to learn to work with?
The next update 'Include On...' will have a option to select the pages that an object is currently included on. It will then remember that for the next include. Does that sound like it will solve your problem?
