I don't know if this is just at my computer but at other Forums I don't have this problem.
When I write a post and try to run the Spell checker from the Google toolbar, the post disapears, i.e. the checker don't run. If this could this be fixed from the Forum Moderators it would help 'not english based people' like me to fix a little our spelling errors. Just an idea Regards See where 16000 (including ME) learn Internet Marketing for less then $40/mo: http://worldbestreviews.com/wealthy-affiliate-review |

I use a checker called ieSpell which has an icon on my Google toolbar. If I click that, it shows exactly the symptoms you describe, and says "The Spelling check is complete". I think it is trying to check the page the toolbar is on and not the pop up window where we enter our posts, which doesn't have a toolbar.
In my case, I also have a right-click option which gives a "Check Spelling" option. That works perfectly -- I now never have any speeling errors |

If you use Firefox version 2, you have a spell checker built into the right-click menu. It appears when you are entering text into a form, such as this reply area. You can also add additional dictionaries.
