As a daily user it would be interesting to be possible to upload JUST changed those items that were changed or updated instead of waitning those long minutes to upload the hole site.

You can minimize what you upload by using the Publisher->Pages tab "Page Range" section to select only your current page or a range of pages. While this will duplicate uploading images that are on that page (or pages for a page range), but it is quicker than doing the whole project.

Or you can use a program such as Filezila (free) that is a FTP publisher that will allow you to upload exactly what you want to upload. No more, no less.
