Something similar to the link repository. A file where you can save the color schemes that you use in different projects to have them available for other projects.

You have a limited type of this function built into the color palette. Whenever you have an option to choose a color, you can add that as a custom color. The palette allows you to define 16 custom colors which, as fas as I have used them, are retained across different projects.

I can see where this can be expanded to provide for different color sets as you described, possibly by using multiple custom palettes.

Another possibility is to put your color schemes on a template project. Then use the main menu option File > Append Project to add that project temporarily to your other projects.
