HI everybody.

1)They exist website editors that (when you type in Greek,in titles, descriptions and keywords) are able to display them directly in code source and web browsers, and MOST IMPORTANT SEARCH ENGINES WILL READ THEM.
Those are number one for language purposes.

2) They exist website editors that (when you type in Greek,in titles, descriptions and keywords)re-code the characters displaying them as weird characters (ÅðéóôïëÞ óôïí ÄÞìáñ÷ï)in code source and web browsers, but a simple setting change on browser will make them readable and MOST IMPORTANT SEARCH ENGINES WILL READ THEM.
Those are number two for language purposes.

3) There is SSPRO uncapable of doing none of the above. The only solution? Typing in that unknown language, to be displayed in that language and MOST IMPORTANT SEARCH ENGINES WILL READ IT. But that typing character is not included, not only in SSPRO, nowhere. So a work around, is finding my indexing construction (title, descriptions, etc.) in Greek, first, then re-code it in weird language and inserting it all in those fields.

I'm sure this page http://htmlhelp.com/reference/html40/entities/symbols.html
will help people to understand what i'm talking about.

Sorry to suggest you something VM (i know i'm not an expert, but my brain still works): you should find a way to code and uncode this information about characters someway(for codesource purposes if that's the problem).
Thank you for your time.
Francesco

Hello Francesco,

As you have noted our products do not explicitly support non-English character sets at this time, though in some instances non-western languages can be used.

We do plan on add more support for Greek and other character sets in the future.

Thanks for the input, I'll make sure it is passed on.

Hello Derry,

forgive me two jokes:

1) i hope to be young enough to use it (that "future" word scares me).
2) i sent the previous mail to Santa Claus also...you never know.

Merry Christmas & happy new year to you, to all VM staff and all the people at forum that are always very helpful.
Great and difficult job yours.
Francesco
