I was playing around with an image as a no-scroll background and it worked really slick! Opens a lot of creative web page design ideas. I also like to use iframes to scroll through long lists & such and it can give the illusion of a non-scroll background.

But, as a background, the rest of the web page scrolled over the no-scroll background image. The feature I would like to see would be the no-scroll image as a foreground image, then the rest of the page could scroll in behind the image, a much better effect.

Wouldn't you then have objects hidden as they scroll under the top object? Then visitors are continuously scrolling to see the hidden objects, aren't they?
