All of a suden I have a error of Shell excute\5/ when trying to use publish in S.s. has anyone run into this an if so is there a fix for it?

First off, be sure you have the latest release - in SiteSpinner, go to Help > Check for Updates.

If that does not help, can you try publishing a single page, or one of the templates. If that works, it could be a corrupt object on one of your pages. Finding it and removing it may fix the problem.
