I would really like to see a way to display a preview in my alternate browser instead of just my primary browser.

Hi Rick331,

The ability to choose which browser to Preview with is definitely on our list. In the meantime the easiest work-around is to Preview (with our default browser) then copy the URL from your default browser to your secondary browser. The next time you Preview, you just have to hit 'Refresh' in the secondary browser and the page will be updated.

I just downloaded the 15 day trial. It looks good from the feature specs but so far I've literally been running it for 2 minutes and I've registered here to ask my first question. I would definitely like to be able to select a browser other than my default for the preview.

I see the workaround on this thread, which is useful, but I also see the date of the post as saying on April 21, 2005 that "The ability to choose which browser to Preview with is definitely on our list". Is this feature implemented but I missed it somehow? If not then I'd like to add my vote to getting it in the product sooner rather than later.

You haven't missed it. It really isn't there -- yet.

There is a very simple work-around for this problem.
Assuming you want to view your preview in say, Firefox, just set its start-page to /sitespinner/preview/index.html.
That way, you can just open your browser and it will automatically open whatever it is you want to preview.
Hope this helps, it works for me.
