This goes back to my last request about a global search and replace as this might be the place to implement it.

I realize that most likely your code view window is more of a read only snapshot of what the code will look like. The old school in me still can't help wishing that the code window was both for input and output.

I would love to see a checkbox that turned on or off the ability to manipulate the code manually in that window. Being a programmer myself to some degree I can see that depending on how you have coded this code window thus far could mean a major rewrite for this to happen. It's just a wish list item of mine.

At this point not having this feature in no way harms my feelings for this great piece of software.

Being able to edit the code in the Code View window is 'major' undertaking. Though it is on our wish list, due to the amount of work involved it may be a while coming.
