Hi, Appologies for the post I was wondering is there any way that more than one person can alter a project (diffrent page) at the same time?

No need to apologise for a post, that's what this forum is for. You will never learn or find things out if you don't ask questions. Welcome to the forum.

If you mean can two people open the same file from one computer and work on it as a networked file at the same time, you probably could (never tried it), but it would be a race to see who saved the file first, and each subsequent save may over-ride the other's changes.

If you mean can you work on the same project file at two different loactions, there are other issues that need to be considered.

More information on a recent thread here

and an older thread here

There is no built-in way to merge the two lots of changes.

However if the second person makes their pages in a separate project, that may do it. Then, when the time comes to merge, append Project 2 to the main project with File > Append project.
