Hi Guys,
It is about as approachable as a rattlesnake. Serial #, Registration #. & etc. In other words, you are treating your most respected customers like dogs. Your mail id should be enough. It should then do the cross referencing. You are blessed though; I won't be using it in that format. Cheers. Muzz |

Hi Muzz,
A little harsh don't you think! You are probably right that both Serial Number and Registration Code are not needed. We can't do email cross-reference at this time, but we could simply ask for the Registration Code. - Derry |

Hi Derry,
I was pretty much "tongue in cheek," but I must admit that it startled the heck out of me. VERY formal and forbidding. (I have petitioned Shaw again for a file-type change, and I gave you guys some really good press which I wanted to show you, especially Goldie. However, instead of "support," I got the Head of the Secret Service!) I have 3 desks in my living room with 2 computers, and the last place I store anything important is on the computer. So it is immediately, "Now where in the blazes in this chaos is my registration number?" Here's Makaha, here's Image Analayzer, here's Opera...where is Web Engine? Cheers Derry, it will work out.
