I just happen to read a message in an unapropriate forum in Dutch, requesting help.
I offered my help and this is probem: SietSpinner user since 2003 and all of a sudden unable to run without registration. Registration information is not accepted by the program. I suggested: 1. Reset Windows XP to a previous date when it was fine. 2. Run a Regclean program 3. un-install and re-install SS. 4. Run a virus scanner Any other ideas that I could translate an pass on to "sterretje" from Holland? Failure is not an option...... It comes bundled with the software. |

Hi Puraw,
It is not likely a problem on his (or her) computer. More likely a problem with the number itself. The simpest solution is for him to send us his serial number and registration code (to vmsupport@virtualmechanics.com and we will find out why it is not working. Include the name and email he used to purchase if possible. He can send it in simple Dutch. |

Harpo lijkt simpel Nederlands te verstaan, dus mail hem je registratie gegevens en hij zal er voor zorgen. Good luck Theo Failure is not an option...... It comes bundled with the software. |
