A: This is probably the most frequent support request we get here at VMI. To reissue your registration information visit here and enter the required information and your purchase details will be automatically re-sent to you.

Note that we only keep customer registration information on file for five years from the date of purchase. If you purchased prior to that time, contact us at contactvm@virtualmechanics.com with proof of purchase and we will issue a discounted update coupon.

And PLEASE, do print out your registration information in case of any future mishaps.
