A: This is probably the most frequent support request we get here at VMI. To reissue your registration information visit here and enter the required information and your purchase details will be automatically re-sent to you.

If for some reason you cannot find your order using the above services, or if you purchased before July, 2005, contact us at contact@virtualmechanics.com with the details of your purchase (which product, the email address used to make the purchase, your name and roughly when the purchase was made). We will then try to track it down for you (note that we can only reissue registration information to the original purchaser).

And PLEASE, do print out your registration information in case of any future mishaps.
